Time & Place 8:30am at the Grass Launch Ramp between Turtle Bay and the Rodeo Grounds. This will be a wade or float outing. Floaters can
either float from the Rodeo Grounds or any other section they
desire.

Equipment: 5-7 wt. Rods, floating lines with indicators (or not) or sinking
lines depending on your preferred method. Wading staffs are
recommended.
Flies: Please check with the Fly Shop for a current list of what’s
working on the river. Typically the list includes; Micro Mayflies;
14-18, Fox Poopah’s: 14-16, Egg Patterns; 6-12, Copper John’s;
16-18, Prince Nymph’s; 14-16, Golden Stones; 6-10 and
Rubberlegs; 6-10
Lunch: On Your Own.
River access maps will be available at the meeting site for those wishing to fish other areas of the river.
Note: For those planning a float trip down the river, attendees can use Drift
Boats, Pontoon Boats, Kayaks or any other desired device. But remember
this is big water and PFD’s are recommended. Shuttles will be set up that
morning to get floaters and conveyances back to the parking lot.
I’m recovering from hip replacement, so I will not be able to join you. I will follow your escapades though! If you need shuttle drivers, let me know if I can help.
