The event calendar shows upcoming club events. Select a view then use the navigation buttons to move
between dates. Click on the event to view more information, including the event description, times,
location, fees and any rules regarding attendance; you can also register for events from this screen.
Click on the magnifying glass on the toolbar to see search and filter options.
This class cost you $5.00, Fly packets includes enough supplies to do 5 complete flies with usually additional materials (excluding hooks/beads) to the more. You will need to bring your own tying equipment. Front door will be unlocked at
5:30 - 6:00 pm. or sometimes before.
We start tying at 6:30.

Surely you’ve always thought tying your own flies would be
a cool new skill to learn. You’re in luck!
Shasta Trinity Fly Fishers is offering
a Beginning Fly Tying class this spring. Dates
are March 5 through April 9, 2024.
Classes are on six consecutive Tuesday evenings 6:00-
8:30. Doors at the clubhouse open at 5:30. This is a class
for those who haven‘t tied flies before or haven‘t done so in
a while and would like to refresh their skills. There
are tying tools available to borrow during class. For STFF
members, the cost that includes a manual for the class,
plus 5 spools of different color tying thread is $25, and the
club has complete tying tool kits available for sale at $60.
For non-members, the cost is $65 and that includes
membership in the club. You can sign up by notifying Tom
Taylor at tmtaylor321@gmail.com or at 530-515-0494. We need a minimum of 5 participants to hold the
class, and we‘re limiting class size to a maximum of 12.
Come join us on Tuesday evenings and leave your days
available to fish. There will be several instructors on site,
so you’ll have all the individual or hands-on help you need
to be successful. Each class session builds on the skills
learned in previous sessions.
Payments can be made online using PayPal.
Monthly General Meeting
Doors open at 5:30 pm for social time.
Meeting begins at 6:00 pm.
Tickets can be purchased for a monthly raffle for $5.00.
Presenters will be announced prior to each meeting.
