Our Facility:  The Shasta Trinity Fly Fishers is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization.  The 3000 square foot building was built by members with donated funds on City of Redding land.  The club has a long term lease on the land and maintains the facility. The clubhouse serves the needs of STFF and is available for rent to generate funds to help pay our expenses of ownership.

The main meeting room can accommodate up to 100 guests with chairs and tables in various configurations.  The building has two handicapped accessible rest rooms, a kitchen,Wifi, a PA system with a wireless handheld microphone and Bluetooth accessibility for music from cell phones or laptops, three large screen TV monitors which are accessible for slide shows or presentations through Apple TV or our HDMI cable. 

Renters are responsible for their own clean up and trash removal.  Rental contracts provide for a refundable $400 security / cleaning deposit. All renters are required to obtain event insurance naming STFF and the City of Redding as additional insureds.

Non-recurring Event Pricing:  

• 50 guests or less is $350 per day
•  51-100 guests is $450 per day
•  Full weekend rental which would include Friday afternoon / evening, Saturday and Sunday $1000

Recurring Meetings:  We have had businesses and Networking groups rent our facility for weekly staff or group meetings.  Meetings are usually 2 - 4 hours long and can be weekly or monthly at a fixed day of the week and time.  Pricing is on a case by case basis.
