Cattleman’s is catering most of the dinner again this year. The menu includes Ceasar Salad, a 8 oz top sirloin, a 4 oz grilled salmon fillet, mashed potatoes and gravy, vegetables and a cheese cake desert. Let Charlie know if you prefer a vegetarian option.
Water and sodas are provided. Bring your own beer, wine or other preferred beverage of choice if you want something different.
Doors open at 5:00
Dinner is served at 6:00

Who We Are

We are a Fly Fishers International (FFI) affiliated fly fishing club located in Redding, CA. The club is dedicated to the art and science of fly fishing. We work toward preservation of the North State's world class fisheries and watersheds by participating in, and donations to, habitat restoration projects with the DFW, the Fly Fishers International and Trout Unlimited. Shasta Trinity Fly Fishers provide our members and the community the opportunity to learn and improve their fly fishing skills through educational opportunities, regular fly fishing outings, and events designed to develop friendships among other passionate Fly Fishers.

To advance, promote and teach the art and science of fly fishing through education, stressing the techniques and ethics of fly fishing and "catch and release".
